Harridan Vodka – Paranormal Label Case Study
November 30, 2022

I have been a Customer Service Representative/Project Manager at ASL for 8 months.  My main responsibility as a CSR/PM is as a liaison between clients and internal ASL departments.  I communicate with my clients to obtain the information needed to submit their labels to Estimating, Prepress, and Production to ensure proper and timely printing.  There are no typical days!  Each day is different and brings its own challenges and rewards.  The bulk of my time is responding to emails, submitting work orders, following up on current orders, and shipping/invoicing completed orders.

I like working at ASL because of my team. I really like the people!  We have a great group here.  I enjoy the opportunity and variety to work independently as well as in a team environment.  It is extremely satisfying to see a project from beginning to end, and having happy co-workers and clients throughout the process.

I was previously employed as a Project Manager for a financial printing company, and have been excited to work at a printing company that produces pretty labels instead of black and white financial reports!  Personally, I have a 13-year old son, Evan. Although no longer together, Evan’s dad (Shannon) and I have a great relationship and we moved to Napa (from Houston, Texas) in 2020 so that Shannon could pursue his dream job in the wine industry.

Some of my favorite labels that we print are Purple’s Mojave Gin, Fior di Sole’s Rock & Vine, FreeRun’s Little Sheep, and all of Acid League’s.  Blasted Church and Ruby Blue have fun, interesting labels. I really enjoy all of Tank Winery’s labels which are very artistic and not your normal wine labels. These labels never repeat which is unfortunate because they are a true work of art.
